Salaar Part 1 - Cease Fire 1st Day Friday Box Office Collection is 102 crore Opening Day Gross Collection from Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada combined.
As per early estimates, Salaar is looking at 15-15.5 crore nett (18-18.6 crore Gross) opening day collections in Hindi whereas the film is expected to gross around 88-90 crores Gross from the remaining versions where Telugu is the Highest contributor by a long shot.
In Hindi, it has done well in Mumbai, Delhi, Gujarat whereas it is superb in Odisha and these are the territories which normally perform well for South dubbed content on day one. Salaar has beaten Dunki in these territories today but overall, Dunki is ahead by some margin.
Salaar needs to do well tomorrow to optimise the long Christmas weekend and New Year period in front of us as that will decide the showcasing going forward. The opening day has given the film a good start at the box office and it is now about capitalizing from here on.
In terms of Top Opening Days of 2023 in Hindi, Salaar will be at Eight Position ahead of Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan by a small margin.
