Leo is the first 150 crore for Thalapathy Vijay in Tamil Nadu, fourth overall after PS:1, Jailer, Vikram, and it is on its way to become his first 200 crore movie in Tamil Nadu and second 200 crore overall after PS:1
Another record for Leo as it has currently scored the Highest Ever First Week Collections in Tamil Nadu beating PS:1 (125 crores - 7 Days). Leo is targeting a 7 day business of 165 crores+ at the box office.
Leo is Vijay's Highest Grosser in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesg/Telangana after six days. It was already his highest grosser in Overseas, Kerala, Karnataka and Hindi markets over the extended weekend itself.
Leo has no competition ahead for the next couple of weeks at the box office till Diwali so it has all the time at its disposal to target the Ponniyin Selvan - 1 Lifetime Number at the TN but it will need superb trending in the second and third week at the box office.
Leo will definitely beat the Lifetime Record Share of Jailer (100 crores+) by second weekend and should become the highest ever distribution share for any film in Tamil Nadu.
